L'étude du corps humain au crayon et au fusain est un plaisir et un défi pour moi à chaque fois.  Ce dessin a été commencé au crayon et terminé au fusain. 

Figure drawing with graphite pencil and charcoal is a pleasure and a challenge for me everytime. This picture was begun in pencil and finished in charcoal.

Again one of my earlier works in chalk pastel.  The landscapes of Greece and its islands are so inspiring.  This work is inspired from a photograph taken in Santorini just before a winter rainstorm. 

Ceci est l'un de mes premiers dessins au pastel.  Utilisant du papier Canson et des pastels Conte j'ai travaillé pendant de nombreuses heures pour essayer de donner vie à ce demi-mannequin avec son linceul de tissu.

This was one of my earliest works in pastel.  Using Canson paper and chalk pastels I worked for many hours to try and bring life to this demi-mannequin with its shroud of fabric.  

Meditating on or near a mountain can be both potent and profound.  

Throughout history, mankind has been in awe of mountains. Their strength has inspired creativity and generated courage.

Mountains have been honoured by many cultures, worshipping great summits as gods and sacred beings.

Méditant sur ou près d'une montagne peut être à la fois puissante et profonde.

Tout au long de l'histoire, l'humanité a été en admiration devant des montagnes.  Leur force a inspiré de la créativité et a généré du courage.

 Les montagnes ont été honorés par de nombreuses cultures, adorant les grands sommets comme des dieux et des êtres sacrés.
